Welcome to ANOINTED. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of anointedsaucesandspices.com and your purchase of any products sold by ANOINTED, a brand of Anointed Sauces and Spices. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Who we are

ANOINTED is a small batch line of chef crafted chili oils, created by Chef Ti and Nutritionist Andrea Dinh. Our contact email for general questions is hello@getanointed.com.

2. Products

All product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible at the time of posting. We reserve the right to change recipes, ingredients, packaging, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Ingredients and allergens

Full ingredient lists are provided on each product label. Some of our blends contain sesame or soy. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list and allergen information before purchasing or consuming any product. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us at hello@getanointed.com before ordering if you have any questions.

Health and wellness disclaimer

Any references to health benefits, wellness properties, or medicinal qualities of our ingredients are for general informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before making changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third party payment processor at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

We ship within California, United States. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided on our FAQ page and are not guaranteed. ANOINTED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside of our control.

5. Returns, refunds, and damaged orders

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@getanointed.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Bulk orders and subscriptions

Bulk orders of 100 or more bottles are available by custom quote. Please contact hello@getanointed.com to inquire. Terms for bulk orders, including pricing and lead time, will be confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the ANOINTED name, logo, product names, photography, and written content, is the property of Anointed Sauces and Spices and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANOINTED and Anointed Sauces and Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or consumption of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANOINTED, Anointed Sauces and Spices, and its owners and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or our products, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
