Shipping & Returns

[Shipping rates below are confirmed. Returns policy is still placeholder, confirm before launch. Checkout rates are configured in .env.local (SHIPPING_* variables).]

Shipping

We currently ship within California only, from Orange County. Orders leave the kitchen within 1–2 business days. Shipping is a flat $9. You'll get tracking by email the moment your box ships.

For orders over $100, message us at @get.anointed before checking out and we'll arrange it with you directly.

Local pickup

Skip shipping entirely and choose free local pickup at checkout and grab your jars at 17322 Murphy Ave, Irvine, CA 92606, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Damaged or lost packages

Glass travels well but not perfectly. If your jar arrives cracked or your package goes missing, email us within 7 days with your order number (and a photo if it's damage) and we'll send a replacement.

Returns

Because chili oil is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars. Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus shipping. If something's wrong with your order, though, just tell us and we'll make it right.
